The orthodontic treatment fee covers all your appliances, routine appointments, the first set of retainers, retainer check appointments for a year, and any observation appointments between early and final treatment. If you lose or break your retainers, there may be a fee for replacement or repair.

Payment Options

Our office accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards and offers payment options to meet your needs, including:

• In house financing with NO interest, NO fees, NO credit check, and flexible down payments.
• Automatic payments for the length of the treatment and sometimes beyond the time that the patient is in treatment.
• You can make annual payments with your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account.
• Discounts for payment in full and for multiple family members in treatment.

Insurance

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment with braces or Invisalign, you'll receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We'll confirm benefits and work with insurance companies on payment. We can also assist you with your flexible spending accounts and are glad to provide your required payment receipts. Pritchard Orthodontics is a preferred provider for Delta Dental and Washington Dental Service.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
