Barb
Office Manager
I have the honor of being the office manager for the world's greatest orthodontic team! I began my career in orthodontics in 1977 and came to work for Pritchard Orthodontics in 2000. I had braces as an adult patient and know firsthand the difference a confident smile makes. Our staff and patients are a very fun second family to me, and I feel blessed every day to be part of such a caring team.

Becky
Treatment Coordinator
Hi, I'm Becky Layton, treatment coordinator for Pritchard Orthodontics. I've been working here since 1999. I meet and greet all new patients and assist the doctors with your first exam at our office.
I love my job - in particular, meeting the new patients and getting to know them. It's very rewarding seeing their smiles dazzle at the end of treatment. It doesn't get any better than this. Come see us!

Leilani
Orthodontic Assistant
Hi, I'm Leilani Albrechtson, and I've been working in the dental field since 2006. I enjoy orthodontics so much, because I've been there. I have been that person who's been afraid to smile and be myself because I was too busy worrying about how my teeth looked when I did smile. It's amazing to see a person's confidence grow as their smile improves. I absolutely love it!
Outside of work, I love to spend time with my precious daughter MeiLee. I love to dance, go kayaking and be outdoors enjoying God's wonderful creation. Most of all, my absolute favorite thing is roller coasters! I'm pretty sure life would be 100% greater if every town had some ginormous roller coasters.

Samantha
Graphic Designer
Hi, I'm Samantha, and I've been working for Pritchard Orthodontics since April 2009 as their graphic designer. I design ads, fliers and newsletters for the office. It's a very laid-back environment, which is wonderful. When I'm not working, I'm attending Battle Ground High School. I learned all of my artistic and computer skills there, both of which are necessary for this job. I have a lot to learn in the graphic design field, and even though I haven't been working here long, I enjoy every bit of it.
