Appointments
We understand your time is valuable; so we've designed a scheduling system to accommodate the busy schedule of all our patients.
We schedule initial exams to obtain records or place braces during morning hours. These appointments can last 40 minutes to 1 hour and 40 minutes. After braces or other appliances are placed, you'll be seen every 6 to 12 weeks for check-ups and adjustments. We can schedule these appointments before or after work or school.
All types of appointments are confirmed by phone and e-mail 4 days prior to the scheduled appointment. (But be sure to rely on your appointment slip just in case.)
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We'll confirm benefits and work with insurance companies on payment. We can also assist you with your flexible spending accounts and are glad to provide your required payment receipts.
