William J. Pritchard, DDS, MS
Dr. William J. Pritchard began his dental career in 1974, practicing general dentistry in Tacoma, Washington. He started his orthodontic practice in 1990, after completing an orthodontic residency at Loma Linda University in California. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Washington State Society of Orthodontists, and Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, as well as the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, and Clark County Dental Association. Currently, he is on the Board of Directors of the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce.
He and his wife, Chelle, have two married children, Dr. Tyler Pritchard and Allyson Lawson. In the fall of 2009, it was a great honor for him to have his son join the practice. His daughter, Aly, is married to Dr. Cary Lawson, a U.S. Navy Ensign currently in flight school in Pensacola, Florida. Aly has a BA in journalism and an MBA in marketing. She works as a freelance marketing and creative writer.
The doctor and his wife enjoy serving God and their community. They spend their free time with loved ones, taking pictures, reading, doing crossword puzzles, gardening, traveling, and appreciating the arts.
Tyler S. Pritchard, DDS, MS
Dr. Tyler S. Pritchard graduated from Walla Walla University in 2002 with a major in Spanish and a minor in Chemistry. In 2006, he graduated from Loma Linda University with his DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree and passed the West Coast Regional Board Exams, allowing him to practice in any state on the west coast.
After a year-long veterans hospital residency, he was accepted into the 27-month Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, Graduate Orthodontic Program. In the fall of 2009, he completed his research thesis and clinical requirements to receive his MS degree in orthodontics. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and Clark County Dental Society.
He is married to Haley, who has a BS degree in nursing; she is a practicing RN in Portland, Oregon. Both he and Haley, and their Austrailian Shepherd Jett, enjoy the northwest and activities like snow skiing, water skiing, golfing, going to the beach, and scuba diving. Dr. Tyler is also an avid Portland Trailblazer fan, something he inherited from his father.
Dr. Tyler Pritchard is fluent in Spanish.
